AccessGuard AI provides accessibility scanning and remediation services exclusively for website owners, developers, and authorized agents who wish to improve their own website's accessibility compliance.

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use AccessGuard AI scan results, reports, or data for:

• Legal demand letters — Using results for ADA/accessibility demand letters to third parties
• Litigation support — Using results as evidence in lawsuits or regulatory complaints
• Competitive intelligence — Systematically scanning competitors' sites
• Reselling — Sharing scan data with third parties for commercial purposes

3. Website Ownership

By scanning a website, you represent that you own it or have authorization to scan it.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

AccessGuard AI provides automated scanning results as guidance. Our scans cover ~85% of WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Results should be supplemented with manual review.
